Garden County Health Services (GCHS) is a Rural Emergency Hospital offering nursing home, clinic, and critical access hospital services to the Oshkosh community and surrounding areas. To support this mission, you will provide exceptional patient care while contributing to a positive, team‑focused environment. This position offers both LPNs a strong foundation of support, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow within the medical field.

🩺What You’ll Do as a GCHS Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assist the RN with admissions, patient care, discharges, and transfers
• Accurately document patient observations, data collection, interventions, and care
• Demonstrate awareness and respect for the needs of a diverse patient population
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment for patients, visitors, and staff

⭐ You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• For LPNs: Current Licensed Practical Nurse license and ability to obtain Nebraska licensure within 60 days of hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
